Clayton travaille dans l'industrie du p\u00e9trole et du gaz naturel depuis plus de 45 ans.  Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 fondateur, pr\u00e9sident, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, administrateur et pr\u00e9sident de nombreuses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques priv\u00e9es et publiques et de conseils consultatifs.  Linda a \u00e9t\u00e9 enseignante, administratrice scolaire, superviseur et directrice des ressources humaines au sein du Calgary Catholic School District pendant ses 40 ans de carri\u00e8re. Son exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminante pour aider la Fondation AGAT Labs dans ses activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9coles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clayton et Linda se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 rendre \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 qui les a si bien servis. Parmi leurs activit\u00e9s philanthropiques, citons la cr\u00e9ation du Founders Circle avec la Calgary Catholic School District Education Foundation, le soutien au Economic Futures Council avec Junior Achievement Alberta, l'universit\u00e9 de Calgary, Haskayne School of Business, l'\u00e9cole d'ing\u00e9nieurs Schulich, l'universit\u00e9 St. Mary's, et un certain nombre de projets scolaires en Zambie et dans d'autres r\u00e9gions d'Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, ils ont soutenu financi\u00e8rement des projets et command\u00e9 des \u0153uvres d'art et des mosa\u00efques \u00e0 la paroisse St. Stephen de Calgary.
